Tide Pool: 1 oz
A blue cup. Salt air. The small, alive world between tides.
Tide Pool is a tea for the in-between hours — the pause before the day turns, the breath between one thing and the next. It drinks like cool water in a held place. Bright, clarifying, faintly sweet, and the color of shallow ocean.
All herbs are grown, harvested, and blended here in small batches on Kauaʻi.
The Blend
Tulsi Kapoor opens the blend. Sacred basil — adaptogenic and aromatic — it steadies the nervous system and clears mental fog without sedating. It meets stress at the root and softens it.
Lemongrass brings a warm citrus lift, supporting digestion and circulation. It moves what's stuck, gently — a clearing plant that cuts through heaviness without forcing.
Mint cools and opens. It eases the gut, calms the head, brightens the breath. Where tulsi grounds and lemongrass moves, mint creates space.
Blue Pea Flower is the color and the quiet. Rich in antioxidants, traditionally used to support circulation, vision, and calm. It turns the water deep blue — a daily reminder that medicine can also be beautiful.
Let's Get Deeper
At Oak & Oar Farm, relationship is the core ingredient. This medicine is more than a blend — it's a layered expression of what becomes possible when people, place, and plants weave together.
Tide Pool came together through a deep love for the sea — an honoring of the vast, living ecosystem just beneath the surface. Inspired by the places where ocean meets land, this blend reflects the quiet intelligence of tide pools — small yet abundant worlds shaped by rhythm, movement, and connection.
Kapoor tulsi brings an expansive, clarifying quality, while lemongrass and mint offer brightness and lift — like sun on saltwater and the cool breath of ocean air. Blue pea flower ties it together, mirroring the shifting hues of the sea and the depth it holds.
Crafted in reverence to all beings who co-create the ocean's ecosystems — seen and unseen. A moment to slow down, to listen, and to remember our place within the living world.

Harvest & Process
All herbs are harvested in the morning, when essential oils are concentrated, leaves are fully awake, and the day is still cool. This timing preserves flavor, aroma, and medicinal quality. After harvest, herbs are hang-dried or dehydrated at low temperatures — allowing the medicine to transition gently, preserving color, energetics, and potency.
