THE WEAVING
A taste of the whole farm. All six blends, one box.
Six teas, six relationships with this land — gathered into one box.
This is the full table: Wild Horse, Pink Pony, Māmaki, Grandmother Medicine, Between the Veils, and Tide Pool. A .25 oz bag of each, enough to sit with every blend and find the ones that meet you where you are.
Whether you're new to Oak & Oar or returning to restock, this is the way in. Grounding, brightening, cooling, steadying — the range of what we grow, drink, and make here.
Each bag brews about 3 cups, more if you re-steep. Around eighteen cups across the box.
Grown, harvested, and blended in small batches on Kauaʻi.
What's Inside
Wild Horse — movement and breath. Tulsi and blue pea flower for stress, clarity, and coming back to center. Pink Pony — tart, floral, heart-bright. A hibiscus blend born in Pride season. Māmaki — slow, foundational nourishment. Endemic Hawaiian medicine, host plant to the Kamehameha butterfly. Grandmother Medicine — a steady everyday cup. Māmaki, lemongrass, and mint in conversation. Between the Veils — for thresholds and tender evenings. Grief, reverence, and the in-between. Tide Pool — cool, blue, clarifying. The small alive world between tides.
How to Taste
Tea is a sensory practice. Slow it down and it gives you more. There's no right answer. You're building a relationship, not passing a test. The same tea will meet you differently on different days. That's the plant doing its work.
In The Weaving sampler box we provide a guided experience with prompts that bridge a depth, if your willing to enter.
When to Reach for Each
We provide a guide outlining each tea and our suggestions on when you could reach for this tea based on different principles such as energy, elements, directionality, and orientation.
A Moon Rhythm (if you like to follow one)
The moon is one way to move through the box — a loose structure, not a rule. Drink what you need when you need it.
We provide an optional moon calendar that ties each tea blend into the mix. Go as deep as you'd like and adventure with plants and the tides that help create them.
