Grandmother Medicine: 1 oz
A steady cup. A warm hand on your back. A reminder that you're already held.
Grandmother Medicine is the kind of tea that doesn't ask questions — it just sets the kettle on and waits for you to sit down. This blend carries the quiet intelligence of caretakers, aunties, and elders who know when to speak and when to simply offer nourishment.
It's a weaving of three plants in conversation — an offering shaped through relationship, where each herb carries its own intelligence and memory. Together, they form a cup that nourishes, steadies, and gently brings you back to yourself.
All herbs are grown, harvested, and blended here in small batches on Kauaʻi.
The Blend
Māmaki roots this blend — deep, steady, and grounding — holding the center like the old ones who never waver. Cooling and mineral-rich, it offers antioxidant and antimicrobial support while settling inflammation and excess heat, bringing the body back into balance one slow sip at a time.
Lemongrass is bright and uplifting — supporting digestion, circulation, and energetic flow, bringing movement where there has been stagnation. Like wind billowing through the grassy abyss, it clears without pushing, helping the body remember how to move things through.
Mint adds a deep sigh of opening. Like lighting incense — that offering climbing to the heavens through the sky — mint climbs into the body and turns it into a well that begins to rejuvenate, driving the systems open. Cooling and refreshing, it eases the nervous system, opens the breath, and calms the gut.
Together these plants make a tea that is grounding yet clarifying, soothing yet quietly energizing. A daily ally for digestion, stress, immune support, and coming back into your body with ease.
This is everyday medicine. The kind you reach for because it works. The kind that's been doing its job for generations.
This is our trio blend. Just as you would braid your hair, the three herbs act as a prayer. The trio blends we sell at market may carry slight variations — we like to offer variety and choice within our Grandmother Medicine.

Harvest & Process
All herbs are harvested in the morning, when essential oils are concentrated, leaves are fully awake, and the day is still cool. This timing preserves flavor, aroma, and medicinal quality. After harvest, herbs are hang-dried or dehydrated at low temperatures — allowing the medicine to transition gently, preserving color, energetics, and potency.
