Energy Work Remote Session

INNER WORK MEETS OUTER WORK

Energy work remote sessions with Aubree

The farm is the outer work — hands in the soil, tending what grows. This is the inner version of the same practice. Slow, relational, unhurried attention, turned toward you.

Aubree works with energy and the body — somatic and energetic practices held one-on-one. These are remote sessions, by phone, available wherever you are. The work isn't about fixing — nothing in you is broken. It's about being met at your core, witnessed in your wholeness, and bringing in the right resources to support what's already alive in you.

Come to explore, to deepen, to grieve, to soften, to reconnect with something steady underneath the noise. You don't need to arrive with a problem. You only need to be willing to turn toward what's here.

Sessions

$120 for 60 minutes, held by phone.

Sliding scale is available — if cost is a barrier, reach out by email and we'll find something that works. I don't want money to be the reason you can't do this work.

In-home sessions are available for Kauaʻi residents for an added travel fee.
